Distance Running is one of the famous and common fitness activities in Hong Kong. It teaches techniques of running, training program design, distance running theory and common injury, such as knee joint over-use. Student can be Distance Running Instructor by the completion of the course.
Admission: 1) Certificate holder of AASFP Certificate in Advanced Personal Fitness Trainer - Foundation Component or equivalent or preparation kits 2) Has participated in any of 10 kilometers or above distance running race to ensure the ability to cope with this course.
